The Stretch
COMMEMORATING THE 75 YEARS OF HOLLYWOOD PARK RACETRACK
Hollywood Race Track was opened on June 10, 1938. Hollywood Park was closed from 1942 to 1944 due to World War II, where it was used as a storage facility for North American Aviation.

The track was demolished in stages from 2014 until 2016 and is a master-planned development for SoFi Stadium, home of the LA Rams and the LA Chargers and a 6,000 seat performance arts venue, the Hollywood Park Casino, and the NFL Media building.
